What does registration include?
Registration includes fees for the venue, supplies, and buffet-style food on Friday, June 26th and Saturday, June 27th. T-shirts are also included in the registration fee for those who register by May 1st (early registration).
When can I pick up my t-shirt?
T-shirts will be available for pick-up during the Welcome Event on Friday, June 26th between 7-8pm.
Will there be food at the Welcome Event?
Yes. BBQ-style food will be served at the Welcome Event for registered guests. For those who may arrive after the Welcome Event, there is a bar located in the hotel with limited drink and appetizer options for purchase.
Are there any activities planned for the morning of Saturday, June 27th?
Aside from the family group photo at 10am, there are no scheduled activities for the morning or early afternoon on June 27th. We are exploring the possibility of organizing a group activity or options for families to choose from. Guests may consider visiting nearby attractions such as Short Pump Town Center, Drive Shack, or visiting other RVA attractions. Don’t forget to check out BlackRVA.
Where should I go when I arrive at the park?
The reunion banquet will be held in the Ridgefield Ballroom at Deep Run Recreation Center. When you enter the park, follow the road towards the rear of the park. The recreation center will be on your left.
How far is Deep Run Park from the hotel?
Deep Run Park is located 5.8 miles from the Residence Inn at Short Pump. The drive is approximately 15 minutes.
